- Qn: Are there any fees of costs?
An: None. Link54 is a FREE service.
- Qn: What is Community Chat?
An: A place online where a group of people can get together and chat about a particular subject or chat about anything.
- Qn: When I join Link54 can anybody access my personal Profile Page?
An: No. The only members that can access your profile page are the members who you have designated as your friends.
- Qn: Can anyone see my last name, personal e-mail address, street address, and zip code/postal code?
An: No. This information is hidden and cannot be seen by anyone.
- Qn: Can I change my Profile?
An: Yes. At any time. Just click on the edit My Profile button on your personal profile page.
- Qn: Is the Link54 Network Safe?
An: Link54 is a self-contained network with no access for non-registered users.
- Qn: If I have any questions, who do I contact?
An: You can click on Contact which is located at the bottom of any Link54 page and ask us directly. You can also e-mail us at Link54support@live.ca. We will work to have your question answered within 24 hours.
